Terms & Conditions
A deposit is required at time of booking to secure your course. This is normally £50 or 50% of the course cost, whichever is the greater.
Full payment must be made 14 days before your training starts unless by arrangement.
If you need to change your course dates, 14 days notice must be given for an intensive course, or 4 days for a CBT. In the case of a late cancellation, we cannot promise a refund, although we are happy to do so if the training time can be re-sold.
All of your training and equipment is insured. There is, however, a £300 excess payable on any damage or loss. An excess waiver premium is available if you wish to remove the risk completely. See our rate card for details.
Please dress appropriately when taking a course. We can lend you helmet and gloves, but you will need sturdy boots, a strong jacket with a zip and strong trousers. For your own safety we reserve the right to cancel your course if you are dressed inappropriately. This could result in the loss of your fee.
Please make sure you bring all relevant documentation with you.
For a CBT you need both parts of your driving licence (unless you have the old “paper only” licence in which case you will need some other form of photo I.D. such as a passport). For other on road courses you will also need to bring your CBT certificate.
When going for a practical test you must take all of the above plus your theory test certificate and, if you have a paper only licence, your passport as photo I.D.
Without the proper documents we will not be able to begin your training and your course and test fees will be forfeited.
